On warranty, JA Solar lists a 30 year power warranty at an annual degradation rate of 0.3 percent.
Canadian Solar TOPHiKu6 CS6.1-72TD (from the Canadian Solar datasheet)
Canadian Solar lists the TOPHiKu6 CS6.1-72TD with N-type TOPCon cells, a power range of 595 to 620 watts, and module efficiency of 22.0 to 23.0 percent.
On warranty, Canadian Solar lists a 12 year enhanced product warranty and a 30 year linear power performance warranty, with first year degradation no more than 1 percent and no more than 0.4 percent per year thereafter.
Where they differ on paper
Both brands list N-type TOPCon cells and a 30 year power warranty. On peak efficiency, Canadian Solar lists the TOPHiKu6 at up to 23.0 percent against JA Solar's up to 22 percent for the DeepBlue 4.0.
